BioDental Budapest will take care of you in the UK and in Hungary and will make sure every aspect of your trip goes smoothly and successfully.

Let’s look at each aspect of your travel;

1. If you are coming for a free consultation as part of a city break, we are very happy to give you advice about flights, transfers and accommodation and of course we will organize your appointment. There is absolutely no charge for this service.
   
2. If you are coming for treatment -

• We will arrange your appointment date with you. (Generally from Monday to Friday/Saturday).
• Naturally, we would like to know if you are coming alone or accompanied – we are happy  to take care of your partner as well!
• We will ask you to book your flights and inform us of the details.
• We can arrange your accommodation for you if you would like us to.
• You will be met at the airport by a driver with your name on display and you will be taken to your hotel or flat where you have chosen to stay.
• Suzanne is your personal liaison manager who will take care of you during your stay - from the time of your arrival to your departure at the end of your treatment. Suzanne speaks excellent English. She will greet you and provide you with a company mobile phone for you to use during your visit.  You can call her and ask any questions you have regarding any aspect of your visit. She will keep in touch with you to make sure all the arrangements have gone well and everything is to your satisfaction. She will come and visit you during your stay.
• On the first day of your treatment you will be met and driven the short distance to the clinic.
• After your ‘no obligation consultation and treatment plan’ you will be asked to make a deposit against any agreed treatment – you will not be asked for any further payment until your treatment is complete or if the value of the work completed exceeds an amount agreed between you and your dentist.
• If there is a need for you to have a CT Scan you will be taken personally by our representative for to have this done.
• After an operation we are happy to take you back to your accommodation either in our private car or by taxi at our expense.
• The BioDental Budapest team will regularly ask you how you feel and how things are going – they will do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
• When your treatment is complete you can go back to your accommodation where you can relax and recuperate.
• If your treatment is over a number of days, we will be happy to provide a ‘one week’ ticket for the excellent Budapest Public Transport System.

Upon completion of your treatment you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home. You are, of course welcome to stay for longer if you wish!

Biodental Budapest has access to two lovely flats situated by the river, near the very heart of the city. Both flats have beautiful views overlooking the Danube river, chain bridge, palace and churches which are part of a World Heritage Site.

Our Flats can be seen in the picture at the top of the page in the white block near to the Parliament Buildings. Many facilities are within short walking distance of the flats. The clinic is only a short trip from the centre by public transport. When you first arrive you will find milk, coffee, tea, sugar, mineral water and some food in the fridge so that you will feel right at home after your journey.

Small flat: This has one double bed, lounge area with TV, DVD, and CD players. It also has wireless connection for a laptop computer. It has a bathroom with spa bath and a separate toilet. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine. We also provide a European to UK plug adaptor so you may use your own equipment if you require.

PLEASE NOTE that all our flats are Non-Smoking.

Large flat: This one has one double bed and also a large double, spring action sofa bed. It has a TV, DVD and CD players. The lounge area has large picture windows on two sides offering stunning views. It has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a table and 6 chairs. It has a bathroom with separate toilet. There is also an office with a computer which guests are welcome to use and there is wireless connection for laptops. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We also provide a European to UK plug adaptor so you may use your own equipment if you require.

If you prefer to stay in hotels in the city we would like to recommend the Hotel Astra.

The Hotel Astra is a small, nine room hotel located below the historic Castle District of Buda. Set in a charming 300 year old building, it offers a good range of creature comforts including satellite TV and mini bar, while guests can also enjoy an evening drink in the cellar bar (with its own snooker table). Rates, which include a good buffet breakfast are very reasonable, especially as the Danube Embankment is just a short walk away.
